Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: February 28, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern use of services offered by Old Texas Doghouse and Old Texas Bunkhouse, operated by Antertain LLC at 3402 Goodnight Blvd, Wills Point, TX 75169.

1. Boarding Services

Boarding reservations are subject to availability and posted rates. A 50% deposit is required for Longhorn Luxury Suite reservations. Holiday surcharges and extended-stay discounts apply as posted.

2. Grooming Services

Grooming prices are estimates based on breed size, coat condition, and behavior. Additional handling or coat-restoration fees may apply when needed for safety and completion.

3. Health Requirements

Dogs must be current on Rabies, routine vaccinations, and Bordetella for boarding. Grooming clients must have current Rabies vaccination. Services may be refused if records are not provided.

4. Cancellations and Deposits

Boarding deposits are refundable when canceled at least 72 hours before check-in. Cancellations inside 72 hours may result in deposit forfeiture. Bunkhouse cancellation terms are provided at time of room booking.

5. Liability and Pet Behavior

Owners are responsible for accurate disclosure of pet behavior, medical history, and special needs. Antertain LLC is not liable for issues resulting from undisclosed conditions, pre-existing health concerns, or behavior-related incidents beyond reasonable care standards.

6. Bunkhouse Guest Conduct

Guests agree to follow occupancy limits, check-in/check-out instructions, and property rules communicated at booking. Damage beyond normal wear may result in additional charges.

7. Payment Terms

Payments may be processed through Stripe or third-party booking systems. By confirming a booking, clients authorize valid charges for reserved services and approved add-ons.
